Extra Promotional Material Proposal

Along with my zine, I aim to create business cards with the same graphical design elements to go along with my zine. This is also something can take away as a reminder of my name and details should they think of me for a design opportunity.

Again, I want to maintain the handmade feel, and will be printing these myself, along with doing all the cutting and finishing myself. This process will take longer rather than sending them to a printers, but I want to be part of every step of my self promotional journey and want that to reflect in my work.

If possible, with time and money constraints, I would like to present these two products in a 'kit' along with various promotional items that I find able to complete in time. These extra items may include stickers, 'gifts', posters, etc.

Creative CV Proposal

For my creative CV aspect of this project, I plan to re-create my resume information into a zine format. I will lay it out and design it with the feel of clean and simple graphic design, influenced and inspired by my research.

I also plan to hand stitch my zines using methods I've learnt in classes and in the first year, with Mel. I'm really inspired and interested in low fi methods of production, so hand made zines is something that I think will really fulfill that and allow people and potential employers to get a sense of what I'm about.

I plan to have my CV zine roughly an A5 or A6 size with possible pages having fold out posters and a double page spread in the middle that can be taken out as a small poster.
